Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/labels intact.

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened/disposable items (e.g., razors, waxing kits).

  • Damaged products due to misuse or improper care.

3. Return Process

  2. Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions.

  3. Ship Back: Send the item to our return address (provided upon approval). Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–9 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For cash on delivery (COD), we’ll provide bank transfer details.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange for a defective/wrong item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report issues within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos/videos of the defect.

  • We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund (including return shipping costs).
